Refund Policy

The service's refund policy for Users describes the procedure for returning assets and the fees that may be charged by the service for processing. This policy is an integral part of the general Terms of Service. ➡️ Refund Amount cannot exceed the amount of the asset sent by the User to the service account for exchange. ➡️ Refunds are made to the details provided by the User to the official email of the service, from the email address specified by the User in the application.
(If the User provided an invalid email address, an additional verification is required.) ➡️ Refund Fee is deducted from the amount of the Asset being refunded. ➡️ Service Responsibilities include returning Assets sent by the User to the Service account if the Exchange did not occur. ➡️ Special Conditions: Refunds are made exclusively in USDT. ➡️ Refund Fees: up to 2% (depending on the resources used) + current network fee. ℹ️ Additionally: The service reserves the right to refuse services to a User without explanation and to process a refund.
