3.5 The Service has the right to involve third-party organizations.
3.6 Non-payment within 30 minutes - the application is canceled without notice.
3.6.1 Refunds are possible within 24 hours, fees - at the expense of the Customer.
3.7 In case of discrepancy in the amount - recalculation based on the fact.
3.7.1 If the discrepancy is more than 10% - a refund and termination of the agreement is possible.
3.8 In case of non-payment within 24 hours - the Customer may request termination.
3.8.1 Refund - if the funds have not been sent at the time of the request.
3.8.2 Refund within 24 hours after cancellation. Delays beyond the control of the Service are not compensated.
3.9 The Service may cancel the transaction without explanation, funds are returned.
3.10 The Service has the right to refuse service if the terms are violated.
3.10.1 In case of refusal, the account and applications are frozen, funds are returned within 24 hours.
3.10.2 New applications after refusal are automatically blocked.
4. Order Execution
4.1. Users are required to read the regulations before creating withdrawal requests.
4.2. The processing time for requests depends on the selected payment method, the time of application submission, and the terms of payment systems.
4.3. The processing time may increase on weekends and holidays.
4.4. If necessary, depending on the capabilities and payment method, funds for one request can be sent in several transactions.
4.5. The user is required to provide correct and up-to-date data. If incorrect data is provided, the processing time for the request is counted from the moment it is corrected.
5. Risks
5.1. The user understands the possible risks and is fully responsible for their actions.
5.2. The details can only be changed via a confirmed e-mail.
5.3. The site does not compensate for fees of third-party services or transfers to other details.
5.4. The service is not responsible for delays or refunds caused by the following reasons:
5.4.1. Refusal of the recipient's bank to accept the payment.
5.4.2. Blocking of the recipient's account at the request of financial monitoring.
5.4.3. Refund at the initiative of the recipient.
5.4.4. Restrictions or freezing of funds in accordance with the internal rules of the bank.
5.4.5. Errors in the details specified by the user.
5.4.6. Restrictions set by the payment system or the recipient's bank.
5.4.7. Other regulatory or technical reasons beyond the control of the service.
In the event of such situations, the service is ready to provide the user with the information necessary to contact the bank or payment system.
6. Rights and Obligations
