You can track the status of an application on the site. A notification of execution will also come to your email.   Do I need to register on Buy-bitcoin to exchange? Make sure that the network you have chosen is supported by the receipt. Different services can take the same coin only on certain networks.   2. Translations on an inappropriate network are often impossible to restore, but the return is not guaranteed.   What should I do if I didn't specify Tag/Memo when sending? Since the deposit address for some coins (for example, XRP, EOS, XLM, BNB, TON) is identical for all users, TEG/MEMO acts as a unique identifier that is assigned to our account and allows the exchange to identify the deposit and credit funds to our balance.   If you made a mistake, your coins are not lost! But you will need a certain algorithm of actions to help return these coins.   Next, strictly point by point - you need to record a video, at least 10 seconds long, from your wallet, where we will be able to see this particular transaction in your history. The video must be of good quality so that everything is clearly visible. The sender's address, hash, ticker, amount and date of the transaction must be clearly visible. When shooting a video, you must refresh the page. Upload this video to Google Cloud and send links to Google Cloud and TXid of your sending to the operator in the chat on the site.   How to replace or change the details of an application? Our service processes requests in automatic and semi-automatic modes: Automatic exchange — requests are processed within 120 minutes. Semi-automatic/manual mode — the processing time can be up to 8 hours.   Semi-automatic directions are processed during technical support hours. If you are making an exchange using coins (for example, Bitcoin), please note:
  • The application processing begins only after receiving confirmations from the blockchain network.
Usually, confirmation takes up to 30 minutes, but if the network is heavily loaded (especially BTC), the wait may increase to several hours or even days.   In such cases, your funds are safe, and as soon as the network confirms the transaction, we will continue processing and make a payment to the specified details.
