AML Control: Each incoming transaction is automatically checked for compliance with AML requirements.
Exchange Rate Fixation: The rate is finally fixed after receiving 40 network confirmations.This operation is performed in semi-automatic mode. It requires the participation of an operator (see operator status).
Requests that will be paid when the operator is offline will be processed from 10:00 a.m. UTC+2!
Crediting time: 97% of payments are made within 60 minutes, but sometimes requests can take up to 180 minutes to process.
Sometimes a single request is processed in several transactions.
