3.9 The Service may cancel the transaction without explanation, funds are returned.

3.10 The Service has the right to refuse service if the terms are violated.

3.10.1 In case of refusal, the account and applications are frozen, funds are returned within 24 hours.

3.10.2 New applications after refusal are automatically blocked.

4. Order Execution

4.1. Users are required to read the regulations before creating withdrawal requests.

4.2. The processing time for requests depends on the selected payment method, the time of application submission, and the terms of payment systems.

4.3. The processing time may increase on weekends and holidays.

4.4. If necessary, depending on the capabilities and payment method, funds for one request can be sent in several transactions.

4.5. The user is required to provide correct and up-to-date data. If incorrect data is provided, the processing time for the request is counted from the moment it is corrected.

5. Risks

5.1. The user understands the possible risks and is fully responsible for their actions.
