Refund Policy
The service’s refund policy describes the procedure for returning assets to users and the amount of fees that may be deducted for processing. This policy is an integral part of the general Terms of Service.
➡️ Refund amount cannot exceed the amount of assets sent by the user to the service for exchange.
➡️ Refunds are processed to the payment details provided by the user via the official service email, sent from the same email address used in the order. (If the email is invalid, additional verification may be required.)
➡️ Refund fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
➡️ Service obligations include returning assets in cases where the exchange was not completed.
➡️ Special conditions: refunds are processed exclusively in USDT.
➡️ Refund fee structure: up to 2% (depending on resource usage) + applicable network fee.
ℹ️ Additional note: the service reserves the right to refuse service without explanation and issue a refund according to internal procedures.
