How long does order processing take?
Our service processes orders in both automatic and semi-automatic modes. Execution time depends on the exchange direction and network load.
1 Automatic exchange
Orders in automatic mode are processed within up to 120 minutes.
2 Semi-automatic / manual mode
In this mode, order execution may take up to 8 hours. Processing is carried out during technical support working hours.
3 Blockchain confirmations
When using cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin), order processing begins only after receiving the required blockchain network confirmations.
- Typically, confirmations take up to 30 minutes
- During high network congestion (especially BTC), it may take several hours or even days
4 Funds security
Your funds are safe. Once the transaction is confirmed by the network, we continue processing and complete the payout according to the provided payment details.
