How to change payment details for an order?
When creating an order, make sure to provide a valid and active email address. This is required for your security and for fast communication with our support team.
1 Conditions for changing details
Payment details can only be changed after confirmation from the same email address that was used when the order was created. This ensures full security of the operation.
2 How to submit a change request
If you need to update your payment details, send an email to our support address from the same email that was used in your order.
3 Required information in the email
In the subject line, обязательно include your order number. In the message body, provide the new payment details where funds should be sent.
4 Processing the request
After receiving your email, the operator will verify the information and process the payout manually according to the updated payment details.
Important: payment details can only be changed via the official email channel and only before the order has been fully processed.
